Please read the information below.
Appointments are booked online via the link located at the bottom of this page, which is powered by the Acuity scheduling system. Once you have selected your service, date and time and have entered your contact information, you will be asked to put a credit card on file to secure your appointment. No deposit is required at the time of booking and you are not charged for the service ahead of time. Once you have successfully booked an appointment, you will receive an email confirming your selected service appointment date and time. The email will contain other important information, so please read it in its entirety.
If you are attempting to book and no available dates appear, feel free to email the salon at info@thecurlsuite.net. Please include your phone number in your email.
To schedule the “Am I Ready?” Consultation (see New Client page for details), please email the salon. The consultation fee is $50.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment) will be charged of 50% of the service total. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service total and you will not be able to re-book an appointment. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing with the late cancellation and no show policy. If you need to cancel, please do so by clicking on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link located at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. If you have created an account on Acuity (highly recommended for faster booking in the future), you can cancel through your client profile. If you have trouble canceling your appointment via the Acuity system, please email us at info@thecurlsuite.net as soon as possible.
